Sign In And Account Access

This guide explains how login, verification, and team access work in InsiderShield.

Signing In

• Go to the login page and enter your email and password.
• If you do not have an account, use Sign Up.

Email Verification

• After signing up, you will receive a verification email.
• Click the link to confirm your email before you can fully use the app.

Resetting Your Password

1. Click Forgot password on the login screen.
2. Enter your email.
3. Open the reset email and set a new password.

Invites And Team Access

• Admins can invite teammates from Dashboard -> Settings -> Team.
• Invitees will receive an email with a link to join.

Roles

• Owner: Full access, created during onboarding.
• Admin: Can manage integrations, settings, and team members.
• Member: Can view and update findings and controls.

Troubleshooting

• If you cannot sign in, make sure your email is verified.
• If you did not get the verification email, check spam and resend.
