Terms of Service

1. Accounts and Access

You must be authorized by your organization to use InsiderShield. You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials.

2. Service Use

You will not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or material Terms violations.

3. Billing and Pricing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. New customers use InsiderShield Complete pricing unless a separate written contract applies.

Pricing is locked for 24 months from paid activation. After that period, annual increases are capped at 5%.

4. Refund and Guarantee Policy

We provide a 90-day prorated satisfaction guarantee. If requested within 90 days of first paid activation, eligible charges are refunded proportionally.

Anti-abuse safeguards apply, including fraud, repeated chargebacks, deliberate service abuse, or materially deceptive account activity. At most one guaranteed refund is available per organization in any 12-month period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel with 30 days notice. No additional renewals are charged after the effective cancellation date. Partial-cycle prorations outside the guarantee policy are not automatically provided.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your data. We process customer data only to deliver and secure the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for obligations related to the service.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available to the extent permitted by law. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted.

9. Policy Versioning

We may update these Terms. Material updates are announced with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated version.
